Lapland means the northern part of Finland above the arctic circle. Some of the most beautiful nature of the country is located there, with lots of forest, lakes and fells.
In the summer time you can experience there the midnight sun "keskiyön aurinko" and in the winter time during certain period, the sun doesn't rise at all. This we call "kaamos".
In the winter time there's also a chance for seeing beautiful northern lights!
